Meeting Time Finder
Add your team's cities, set working hours, and instantly see the best meeting times over the next 7 days. TZSync ranks every 30-minute window on three factors: what share of participants are inside their working hours (custom hours if set, otherwise 9 AM to 5 PM local), a comfort penalty when anyone would join very early or very late locally, and a mild preference for midday slots. All conversions use the IANA timezone database, so Daylight Saving Time is always handled correctly.
Frequently asked questions
How does the Meeting Time Finder rank the best slots?
Every 30-minute window over the next 7 days in each participant's local timezone is scored on work-coverage (custom hours if set, otherwise 9 AM–5 PM default), comfort (penalties for very early or very late local times), and centeredness (preference for midday).
Can I set different working hours for each participant?
Yes. Each participant can have optional custom working hours; participants without custom hours are assumed to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in their own local timezone. Overnight windows such as 10 PM to 6 AM are handled correctly.
Does it handle Daylight Saving Time correctly?
Yes. All time math uses the IANA Time Zone Database through the Luxon library, which contains current and future DST rules for every timezone.
How many participants can I add?
Free (Silver) plans support up to 3 participants, Golden supports up to 5, and Diamond supports unlimited participants.
Can I export the chosen slot to a calendar?
Yes. Every suggested slot has one-click export buttons: Add to Google Calendar, Add to Outlook, Create a Teams meeting, or Download .ics. Free users get 1 export per day, Golden users get 10 per day, and Diamond users get unlimited exports.
How does the shareable link work?
The setup — participants, working hours, and duration — is encoded directly into the URL, so anyone who opens the link lands on the Meeting Time Finder with your exact team pre-loaded.
What duration options are available?
30-minute and 60-minute meetings; the ranking rescores all candidate slots for the chosen duration.
